Great News! Dianne Chandler, a storyteller from Port Perry will be at our school on November 18 & 19. She will “tell” to our students from JK to grade 6. Ms. Chandler has presented in many varied venues in southern Ontario for close to twenty years. She draws upon her years of experience as an educator and program planner when preparing presentations and performances. With talking stick in hand, and dressed in costume, she uses props and audience participation to help her audience imagine the story. She often uses songs with younger audiences when appropriate. Ms. Chandler believes that people of all ages need stories. ARK students and staff are looking forward to Ms. Chandler’s visit with us!
