THANK YOU THUNDERBIRDS…we had a very successful MOvember fundraiser this year, raising $412.20 for men’s health and men’s cancers. Special thanks to the staff and students who generously donated loonies and toonies and to the lucky winners (Candence, Iman, Sarah, Nicole, Shiya, Phileman and Billy) who each threw a shaving cream pie in our teacher’s faces. Thank you also to Mr. Lipskie, Mr. Cascagnette, Mr. Keta, Mr. Newberry, Mr. Stuart, and our “mystery MOs” Ms. Finlay and Ms. Scott for being good sports during the assembly. A final thank you to Mrs. Riche and Ms. Scott’s classes for announcements and posters throughout the month, as well as Mrs. Hill for supplying the resources for the assembly.

Mrs. Herner and Mrs. Cantin’s class had fun celebrating MOvember with a “Pie in the face” party of their own!
