Dear families,It is difficult to believe that we are nearing the end of the school year. Since the Provincial Government announced that schools will remain closed until the end of June, we are planning for you to pick up your child’s personal items from the school.

Below is the class schedule of times. Please come to the school only when your child’s class is scheduled. If you have children in more than one class, you can come to the school for one of the class times, and retrieve all family items at once.

Your classroom teacher(s) will send a message to confirm the time to pick up items.

IMPORTANT Public Health message. When you come to the school to pick up items:

  • Do not come if you are sick
  • Send one adult per family
  • Stand and keep 2 metres apart please
  • Wait at the marked spots at FRONT ENTRANCE (Pylons will be placed)
  • Wear a mask if you can
  • Know your child’s class and teacher

School items to return

  • Bring library books and place in the marked bin at the FRONT ENTRANCE
  • Look at the lost and found table — you may have items to claim!
  • If you were loaned a Chromebook, please keep it safely in your home, until we return to school.

For your information, report cards will be mailed to you at the end of June.
